We require all new dog clients to tour our facility with your pet for a pre-reservation visit in order to determine if we are "a good fit" for one another. All visits are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Since we live on the property we ask our clients to please respect our business hours and appointment policy. When ready for a facility tour, we will provide exact directions to Cozy Care Pet Boarding. With one phone call we can easily set up a tour time for you and your dog. Cat owners are asked to not bring their cat for the facility visit. During the visit you will be given our required paperwork to take home for completion and bring back with you on your first boarding date. We also require a hard copy of your pet's current vaccine records for our files. Our new client visits are usually held during the middle part of the day when we are closed to our clients coming and going.
New Client Policy: All new clients must pay a non-refundable deposit representing a 2-night stay for the pets scheduled to board. You will be given a receipt and this amount will be substracted from your first out-going bill. If you need to cancel and do so within 48 hours of your stay, you may apply the deposit towards a future stay.
